As IP Growth & Monetization Strategist, you will own commercial strategy for HYPERMUSE’s IP portfolio. You will evaluate memberships, merchandise, digital products, platform monetization, e-commerce, and licensing. The role connects audience development with measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities across HYPERMUSE IPs
Build promotional calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Lead product launches from pre-launch promotion through analysis
Develop fan-to-customer journeys supporting recurring revenue
Track conversion, revenue, and audience-to-buyer performance




Requirements: Three or more years in creator economy, social media, or digital marketing
Proven experience monetizing audiences through memberships, merchandise, or digital products
Understanding of YouTube Partner Program, Patreon, Shopify, affiliates, and licensing
Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and culture
Examples of grown and monetized accounts or offers with results
Bring social growth, monetization strategy, and performance analysis to HYPERMUSE’s original characters, worlds, and stories.
