Manage construction restoration projects for Belfor, combining project oversight, estimating, safety compliance, and customer communication across demanding job sites.
As Project Manager, you report to the General Manager and oversee emergency and restoration services. You manage high-risk and complex projects, maintain scopes and budgets, and coordinate customers, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and insurers. The position also supports revenue generation through business development and account management activities.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee residential, commercial, industrial, and marine projects
Review estimates against Belfor standards and insurance requirements
Coordinate field duties, job starts, schedules, and appointments
Verify permits, safety requirements, inspections,



and site protocols
Review invoices, submit billing, and support collections
Requirements: Post-secondary construction, business, or project management education preferred
Three or more years of related experience
Extensive construction trades knowledge and building-code understanding
Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Eligible to operate a motor vehicle under Belfor policy
