The Account Executive Underwriter manages highly complex portfolios under established guidelines and business objectives. You will develop broker relationships, cultivate opportunities, and underwrite profitable recent business. The position also applies company underwriting philosophy, policy contracts, rating programs, and risk information sources.

Solve complex problems using innovative underwriting solutions
Mentor and train regional underwriting staff
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent on-the-job experience
Completed CIP and/or FCIP designation
At least 12 years’ commercial property and casualty experience
Underwriting, sales, and negotiation expertise
Knowledge of contracts, rating programs, and statutory constraints
Bring commercial underwriting, broker relationship, and mentoring expertise to support profitable growth and service standards at Northbridge Insurance.
