This Platform Engineering Lead manages engineers while guiding architecture, automation, CI/CD, security, and reliability. You will establish priorities, build the platform roadmap with Product, and improve developer productivity through measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage engineers through coaching, reviews, hiring, and development plans
Set priorities and maintain a transparent, ranked backlog
Define architecture, review code, and contribute to implementation
Improve CI/CD, deployment safety,



and automated rollback
Oversee reliability, security, incidents, and operational practices
Requirements: 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
At least 3 years managing engineers
Production Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP or AWS experience
Hands-on infrastructure, architecture, code review, and implementation skills
Experience with SOC 2 or comparable security frameworks
Bring platform leadership, Kubernetes expertise, and cloud engineering judgment to strengthen biomedical software delivery and operational reliability.
