Lead complex sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance activities as a Senior Purchaser supporting production and operational requirements in Canada.
This senior procurement role independently manages requisitions, sourcing strategies, supplier selection, purchase orders, deliveries, and issue resolution. You will balance cost, quality, delivery, technical requirements, and supply risk while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Operations, and the QTS Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing activities from requirements through delivery
Develop RFP and RFQ activities and supplier evaluations
Negotiate pricing, lead times, schedules, and commercial terms
Monitor supplier performance, corrective actions, and delivery recovery




Maintain purchasing records, metrics, and compliance documentation
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive procurement experience
Diploma or degree in supply chain, commerce, operations, or engineering technology
Advanced sourcing, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
ERP/MRP purchasing and manufacturing workplace experience
Eligibility for required Canadian Government security clearance
