As Senior Civil Engineer and Deputy Manager, you will support the Airside and Infrastructure Engineering Manager. Your work spans airport and heliport infrastructure, design reviews, restoration programming, asset management, and stakeholder coordination. You will provide technical guidance across Structural, Municipal, and Transportation engineering disciplines while supporting protected, compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritize assignments and manage workloads across engineering team activities
Coordinate design, compliance reviews, inspections, and quality reviews
Manage condition assessments and five-year restoration program updates




Identify safety risks and support timely corrective action
Coach staff and represent the AIE Manager in meetings
Requirements: Civil Engineering degree with Structural Engineering concentration
At least 15 years designing major infrastructure or restoration projects
At least five years leading multiple civil engineering disciplines
Knowledge of Canadian codes, contracts, and construction law
Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office applications
