As Field Services Senior Manager, you will supervise a large technical support team and guide daily operations. The work includes managing service levels, performance, hiring, training, and supplier relationships. You will use client and staff feedback to improve service, support escalations, and advance business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a large field services team or supplier relationship
Ensure service level agreements are met consistently
Lead hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and offboarding
Coach performance and manage team and individual goals




Report client feedback and assist with field escalations
Requirements: Eight to ten years supporting desktop, software, and hardware
Experience managing teams of ten or more members
Five years of managerial or leadership experience
Practical ITIL knowledge; ITIL version 4 certification preferred
Driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required
Bring field services leadership, ITIL knowledge, and technical support expertise to NTT DATA’s Victoria operations.
