Lead live services for EA SPORTS NHL in Vancouver, combining video game production expertise with online multiplayer and operational leadership.
As Producer, you will guide the Live Team developing World of Chel and Hockey Ultimate Team. You will coordinate Design, Engineering, Art, UI/UX, Product Management, Live Content, and Quality Verification across delivery and live operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead World of Chel and HUT production from pre-production through launch
Direct seasonal campaigns, content drops, Battle Passes, and competitive events
Manage scope, dependencies, backlogs, milestones, and sprint roadmaps
Oversee incident triage, deployment pipelines, and service anomaly resolution
Integrate community sentiment, telemetry,



and research into priorities
Requirements: Seven or more years of video game production experience
At least two years in online multiplayer or live services
Experience shipping online features and post-launch operations
Capacity planning, backlog management, and scope governance experience
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Hansoft, or equivalent tools
