Drive continuous improvement for Ingredion’s Dry Starch operations onsite, using operational data, process insight, and people leadership daily.
As Operations Lead, Dry Starch, you will support secure, efficient, and reliable manufacturing while delivering quality products. You will oversee Blending & Loading operations and collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and site leadership. The role calls for practical problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and employee coaching within established standards.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators
Troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiencies
Drive safety and regulatory compliance across operations
Partner with operators on production goals




Coach and develop employees for team effectiveness
Requirements: Post-secondary engineering or technical education, or equivalent
Manufacturing process knowledge, preferably corn refining
Strong decision-making and planning skills
Ability to collaborate across organizational levels
Ability to lead through continuous improvement and change
Use data analysis, employee development, and process improvement leadership to strengthen Ingredion’s Dry Starch manufacturing performance.
