As a senior technical leader, you will shape pursuits and design modern data and AI platforms. Your work connects Databricks capabilities with Slalom’s consulting, engineering, industry, and delivery expertise. You will translate technical decisions into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities: Shape pursuits, qualify opportunities, and define solution strategies
Architect Databricks platforms for data, analytics, and AI workloads
Create proposals, presentations, demos, and statements of work
Develop TCO, ROI, modernization, and migration narratives




Provide technical oversight through pursuit-to-delivery transitions
Requirements: Eight-plus years in consulting, architecture, analytics, AI, or cloud engineering
Five-plus years designing up-to-date cloud data platforms
Hands-on Databricks experience with Lakehouse architecture and governance
Three-plus years leading technical presales or pursuit processes
Deep financial industry expertise and executive communication ability
Bring Databricks architecture, presales leadership, and business translation skills to Slalom’s senior solution leadership team.
