Ensure executive visibility into program timeline, customer commitments, and go/no-go readiness
Manage executive decision-making on trade-offs (scope vs. schedule vs. quality) with full context
Release & Program Management Manage multiple concurrent software and hardware release programs across cloud management, security, controller, networking software, and manufacturing components
Drive releases through development completion, QA, release readiness, and GA milestones
Track release scope, feature readiness, must-fix defects, testing completion, and release criteria
Lead release readiness meetings, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies, and decisions are documented
Ensure release artifacts (release notes, technical documentation, customer guides) are completed before GA
Identify schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans with responsible teams
Hardware NPI & Manufacturing Coordination Manage current hardware platform NPI program through development, manufacturing, QA verification, and GA
Track development, firmware/image readiness, QA verification, manufacturing readiness, and GA milestones
Ensure hardware engineering and software feature commitments remain aligned with manufacturing timeline
Coordinate hardware‑firmware‑software dependencies required for platform launch
Drive BOM finalization, manufacturing‑image readiness, and ODM partner coordination to ensure hardware ships with appropriate firmware

Quality & Defect Management Participate in recurring defect/bug scrubs across multiple software platforms and hardware validation
Track must‑fix defects and ensure critical issues are resolved before release
Work with Engineering and QA to prioritize defects based on release impact and schedule
Monitor automated and manual test results; escall failures threatening release readiness
Ensure comprehensive end‑to‑end testing for features spanning multiple platforms (cloud management, security, controller, networking software)
Dependency, Risk & Escalation Management Maintain visibility into complex cross‑functional dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
Proactively identify schedule, resource, technical, testing, compliance, and manufacturing risks
Maintain centralized risk register with probability/impact assessment and mitigation tracking
Drive owners toward resolution of blocking issues rather than simply reporting status
Escalate unresolved risks and resource conflicts to leadership with clear impact, options, and recommended actions
Coordinate commitments when multiple programs compete for shared Engineering or QA resources
Ensure critical dependencies have clearly defined owners, dates, and closure criteria
International Compliance & Certification Management Coordinate compliance deliverables required for government product release
Track regulatory and international compliance dependencies (FCC, CE, telecom certifications, government security requirements)
Ensure compliance requirements and certifications do not block customer deployment
Coordinate dependencies involving external certification bodies and ODM partners
Track certification timelines and identify delays or blockers early
Assess and communicate release impact of delayed certifications or compliance deliverables
Program Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status using Jira and portfolio management tools
Use Jira epics, features, defects, and dashboards to assess program health across all workstreams
Develop concise program status reports for PMO and executive leadership
Clearly communicate milestone health, risks, decisions required, and leadership attention areas
Use AI tools to generate automated reports, trend analysis, and program health dashboards
Leverage AI‑driven monitoring tools to track program metrics and flag risks proactively
Manage program coordination and reporting across multiple time zones to support global teams and customers
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Program Management in technology organizations
Demonstrated experience managing complex hardware NPI programs (design through manufacturing, QA, GA)
Demonstrated experience managing concurrent software releases across multiple platforms with independent release cadences
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (development, integration, QA, defect management, release readiness, GA)
Strong understanding of hardware NPI lifecycle (design, manufacturing, BOM, image readiness, production ramp, GA)
