This Lead of Analytics Engineering role connects stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and data science to deliver usable solutions. You will support portfolio analysis, site and market search, highest and best use, governance, and product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle strategy from concept through product iteration
Develop approaches addressing complex commercial real estate decisions
Ensure responsible data usage and governance across workflows
Support go-to-market positioning and product-market fit




Communicate product strategy and release plans internally
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related analytics, business, or real estate field
Minimum ten years’ commercial real estate strategy experience
Minimum five years in technology, data, and analytics
Knowledge of data pipelines and geospatial datasets
Ability to influence without authority across teams
Use product strategy, data governance, and commercial real estate expertise to guide Avison Young Technologies’ analytics portfolio.
