Portside, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a mid-market book in a fully remote setup. You will drive automated onboarding, cadence, training, renewal, and expansion using usage data to prioritize time and resolve escalations with sound judgment.
The role requires 5+ years in SaaS customer success, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with automation. Aviation industry familiarity is a plus; a collaborative, rapid-paced environment awaits.
