Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant team
Coach and support staff through daily restaurant operations
Deliver top-quality food and outstanding guest experiences




Manage financials to meet established goals

Requirements: Two to three years of similar restaurant management experience
Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
