As a Solutions Consultant, you will establish prospect trust and design integrated solutions for evolving customer requirements. You will connect technical and financial expertise with discovery, implementation, and product activation. The work spans SaaS solutions, APIs, accounting workflows, and integration options.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver customized demos of technical accounting features and perks
Develop tailored solutions using integration and configuration options
Evaluate use cases, ROI, requirements, and technical suitability
Support advanced technical and accounting implementations




Maintain technical assets and customer use case knowledge
Requirements: Two-plus years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles
Experience implementing business SaaS solutions and utilizing APIs
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, business, or finance field
Proficiency with IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions
Expertise in accounting systems and finance workflows
Bring technical skills, presentation strength, and value selling expertise to help Ramp align financial solutions with customer needs.
