Key Responsibilities: Lead daily product design work across SaaS products
Own complex problems from discovery through final implementation
Research customer workflows, feedback, and business needs
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product designs




Mentor designers through coaching, feedback, and design reviews
Requirements: 8+ years of product design experience
Experience with SaaS or complex software products
Strong UX, interaction design, and information architecture skills
Experience with research, interviews, and usability testing
Ability to challenge assumptions and clarify ambiguous problems
Bring product thinking, customer discovery, and design leadership to make complicated software feel simple and practical.
