You will translate priorities into one-year and five-year capital plans while overseeing engineering, inspections, and technical support. The work connects Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Procurement, and other site functions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical personnel
Steward one-year and five-year capital plans
Manage portfolio prioritization, forecasting, costs, scope, and execution
Maintain Management of Change and engineering document controls




Prioritize integrity risks, deficiencies, and inspection requirements
Requirements: Engineering degree and valid APEGS Qualified Engineer license
Ten years of progressive engineering or industrial experience
Experience leading technical professionals and developing effective teams
Understanding of capital projects, governance, integrity, and safety
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, and complex projects
