This full time senior position supports Miratech’s Workforce Management product stream. You will develop forecasting, scheduling, adherence, intraday management, and reporting capabilities for contact center environments. The work includes microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and integrations with CX platforms, ACD, HR, payroll, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities: Design workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and reporting
Develop accessible workforce applications with React and TypeScript
Define REST APIs, OpenAPI contracts,



and versioning standards
Integrate WFM capabilities with enterprise platforms and operational systems
Requirements: Eight or more years developing full-stack production applications
Strong workforce management knowledge across forecasting, scheduling, and adherence
Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST, security, and persistence experience
Frontend experience with React or Angular and TypeScript
Experience designing microservices and event-driven distributed services
