This senior sales role serves owners, developers, consultants, and engineering firms before procurement. You will position building automation, power management, energy management, software, and service capabilities. The work connects complex technical solutions with energy efficiency, operational performance, resilience, occupant experience, and asset value.
Key Responsibilities: Engage stakeholders during concept, budgeting, and design stages
Influence technical requirements, architecture, specifications, and design decisions
Develop pipelines before smart building procurement stages




Manage accounts across commercial real estate and hospitality
Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and industry events
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
Seven or more years in smart buildings or related industries
Consultative sales or strategic account management experience
Solid building automation, energy, power, and software knowledge
English and French with approximately 50% Eastern Canada travel
