Key Responsibilities: Guide managers through every stage of recruitment
Source candidates through networks, databases, and campaigns
Maintain timely support for managers and candidates
Ensure compliance with policies, agreements, and legislation




Improve recruitment processes and attraction strategies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Five to seven years’ full-cycle talent acquisition experience
Advanced oral English and French communication skills
Experience managing varied, specialized recruitment assignments
