Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Advisors toward performance targets
Conduct coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and operational adherence




Implement action plans addressing identified performance gaps
Support client service level agreement delivery
Requirements: Essential financial services experience
One to two years’ leadership experience, preferably in BPO
Contact centre or customer service experience
Understanding of performance management and operational KPIs
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Bring leadership, coaching, performance management, and customer service expertise to Sigma’s Woodstock contact centre team.
