Key Responsibilities Lead and manage executive search assignments from initial client briefing through to successful candidate placement.
Develop and execute targeted search strategies, including comprehensive market mapping and proactive candidate engagement.
Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, reference checks, and competency evaluations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.
Provide strategic advice to clients on executive talent acquisition, succession planning, and market trends.
Ensure the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.
Contribute to business development efforts,



identifying current opportunities and expanding the firm's client portfolio.
Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in executive search.
Requirements A Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in executive search, retained search, or senior-level talent acquisition.
Demonstrated success in conducting searches for C-suite, VP, Director, and Board-level positions.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies, research techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
Exceptional networking, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
