Safran Landing Systems in Mirabel seeks a senior labor relations professional to partner with managers and HR in a unionized workplace. You will apply the collective agreement, policies, and legislation to sensitive cases and support negotiations toward fair outcomes.
You will conduct investigations, prepare arbitration files, participate in arbitrations, and monitor legal changes to evolve HR practices. Fluency in French and functional English are required.
