The Supervisor serves as a link between frontline employees, management, clients, and support departments. You will lead multiple projects, manage conflicting deadlines, support staffing during absences, and help ensure service continuity. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, direction, and resources to employees
Monitor service continuity and passenger experience issues
