This Employee Communications Specialist will develop internal communications plans for learning and organizational development initiatives. The work includes understanding audience needs, considering language requirements, and adapting messages for different formats. You will collaborate with HR leaders and communications teams to support alignment and meaningful behavior change.
Key Responsibilities: Execute communications plans supporting Human Resources initiatives

Prepare email, intranet, and video communication content

Collaborate with marketing, digital, design, and video teams
Requirements: Five-plus years of communications-related experience
Human Resources communications experience considered an asset
Excellent collaboration and strategic planning skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in a large, global organization considered an asset
