Plan and monitor Skyservice flight operations through permits, weather tracking, and aircraft coordination. Hybrid working arrangements are available for this position.
Skyservice’s Flight Coordinator works closely with Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Client Account Managers to execute trips across the fleet. You will arrange routes, ground services, customs scheduling, and foreign permits while responding to operational changes. The position supports safety, efficiency, and client service.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain landing, overflight, and international handling permits
Implement schedule changes and replacement aircraft arrangements
Validate aircraft and crew positions and MEL status
Monitor flight progress and provide operational information
Conduct risk analyses for high-risk destinations
Requirements: Previous business aviation experience is advantageous
Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
Highly adaptable while working under pressure
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
French and English bilingualism is an asset
Coordinate aircraft, crew, permits, and operational updates while helping Skyservice deliver protected, efficient business aviation trips.
