As a Personal Finance Advisor, you maintain lasting business relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality. You advise young people and individual members according to their financial situations. You recommend appropriate products, monitor industry developments, and identify strategies aligned with financial goals.
Key Responsibilities: Listen to needs and provide appropriate financial advice
Recommend products meeting members’ financial goals
Follow up on relationships and service quality
Identify business relationship and service improvements
Represent the caisse in community activities
Requirements: College diploma in a related discipline
Two years of relevant experience minimum
Mutual fund representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers
Required knowledge of French
Ability to balance satisfaction and business objectives
Apply interpersonal expertise, financial product knowledge, and sound judgment while advising Desjardins members and strengthening community relationships.
