The Licensed Practical Nurse works with the Director of Care and inter-professional team to support resident needs. Responsibilities include direct care, medication administration, treatment administration, care conferences, and transfers. AgeCare’s values include trust, respect, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Administer resident medications and treatments
Document care under regulatory and Resident Care standards
Facilitate resident move-in, move-out, and transfer processes
Assist with resident care conference scheduling
Participate in applicable resident care conferences
Requirements: Practical Nurse Diploma
Current provincial registration and positive standing
Current CPR certification
Microsoft Office experience and computer proficiency
