Deliver everyday banking advice at Coast Capital’s Walnut Grove Branch using customer service, sales, and financial product knowledge. This is a full time regular office role.
As a Member Advice Specialist, you will support members with personal credit, deposits, registered savings, accounts, and electronic services. You will uncover needs-based sales opportunities, provide helpful alternatives, and connect members with teammates when appropriate. The position requires general retail banking experience and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver positive customer experiences through general retail banking
Discuss saving, growing, protecting, and improving financial well-being
Provide credit, deposit, account, and electronic banking solutions




Complete branch checks and balances around policies and regulations
Achieve sales and referral targets through needs-based conversations
Requirements: Minimum three years’ bank or credit union experience
Experience with lending, investments, sales, and referrals
Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or related field
Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada
Strong relationship-building, organization, prioritization, and teamwork skills
Use banking expertise, financial product knowledge, and relationship skills to help Walnut Grove members achieve their financial goals.
