Drive GFL Environmental’s Front Load Vehicle in Victoria, British Columbia, using Class 3 licensing and precise route maneuvering. Provide courteous waste removal service.
As a Class 3 Front Load Driver, you will safely operate assigned routes and mechanically collect solid waste. The work includes GPS navigation, equipment inspections, waste transport, and customer interaction. You will also maintain clean collection sites and report route issues to management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare equipment and review upcoming routes with the team
Operate Front Load Vehicles on assigned waste collection routes
Transport collected solid waste to post-collection facilities
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle condition reports
Interact courteously with customers and the general public
Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class 3
High school diploma or general education degree
One year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate
Ability to maneuver trucks through minimum-clearance spaces
Ability to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Use Class 3 driving, GPS navigation, and equipment knowledge to deliver secure waste collection services for GFL Environmental.
