As Regional Fleet Lead with Forbes Bros. Group of Companies, you will support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The role partners with Operations and reports to the Fleet Director while overseeing regional tooling activities. Work is primarily in office, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle and equipment movements between sites
Manage logistics and associated transportation costs
Manage vendor performance against contractual requirements
Source suitable equipment and parts at competitive value
Oversee tooling inspections, tracking, and inventory processes
Requirements: Minimum five years in fleet management or related work
Minimum three years of supervisory experience
Emerging fleet technology and best-practice knowledge
Federal, provincial, and state regulation knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Use fleet operations, vendor management, and equipment coordination expertise to support Forbes Bros. projects across Ontario.
