This full-time, camp-based role operates on a 14/14 rotation and focuses on paste plant operations for underground mining. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; mineral processing training is an asset
At least three years of Mill Operator experience in a processing plant, preferably in mining or mineral processing




At least 12 months of Paste Plant Operator experience
Understanding of tailings materials and their properties
Familiarity with paste plant equipment, including mixers, pumps, and control systems
Ability to interpret paste production documents, formulas, and specifications
Attention to detail and commitment to paste quality
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
Robust communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in varying weather conditions
Knowledge of mining safety protocols and environmental regulations
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, required
