As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations while supporting healthier lifestyles in your community. The position includes drug preparation, dispensing, medication reviews, adaptations, injections, counseling, inventory management, and team scheduling. You will also develop business growth strategies and enforce pharmacy protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily dispensary receiving, preparation, packaging, and dispensing
Provide medication reviews, adaptations, injections, and counseling
Schedule, train, and manage pharmacy team members
Manage inventory and identify patient needs
Communicate with regional leadership to optimize workflow
Requirements: Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing
Pharmacy management experience or minimum two years as Pharmacist
Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures
Injection Certification
Ability to complete provincial licensee tasks
Bring pharmacist licensure, injection certification, and dispensary leadership to patient-centred care at Save-On-Foods Calgary.
