Rocky View Schools is hiring a temporary full-time Child Development Advisor at Ralph McCall School, serving Kindergarten to Grade 5 students. Working 35 hours weekly until June 29, 2027, this position assists staff and students within an inclusive framework. The advisor supports behavioural change, self-concept, social development, and family connections.
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with student data collection for program planning
Support behavioural change and social skills development
Provide practical in-class reinforcement of student skills
Refer families to community and social service agencies




Deliver services aligned with Alberta’s Comprehensive Guidance model
Requirements: Certificate or diploma in a related human services field
Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology is an asset
Work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Build relationships with internal and external clients
Perform required physical tasks and provide qualification documents
