Reporting to the Manager, Service, this Service Representative (Warranty) coordinates repairs and services for homeowners. You will assess concerns, determine corrective actions, and involve outside trades or suppliers when required. The position emphasizes quality, budgets, timelines, documentation, and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve homeowner concerns efficiently
Liaise with homeowners, trades, and suppliers
Coordinate with Field service supervisors on requests
Issue purchase orders and communicate back-charges
Promote safety and follow Qualico regulations
Requirements: Three years of residential construction experience minimum
Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to kneel, crouch, and handle fifty pounds
Satisfactory criminal record check verification
