Lead EPC construction execution through safety, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination while supporting project or program management. This position may require assignment to a project site based on project requirements.
The Construction Project Manager supports an EPC Project Manager or Program Manager from pre-construction through completion and warranty periods. The work includes construction management, project planning, client relations, contracts, documentation, and field staff oversight. Multiple projects may be managed simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction activities and project execution
Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contracts
Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering deliverables




Direct turnover documentation, warranty administration, and closeout
Requirements: Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field
Seven years relevant construction project management experience
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
Solid communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required
Apply construction project management expertise across EPC planning, field coordination, contract administration, and project closeout activities.
