Key Responsibilities: Maintain project start up systems, procedures, and filing structures
Review, distribute, and organize project documentation and correspondence
Maintain construction logs, control documentation, and progress photos
Coordinate meetings, materials, resources,



and catering arrangements
Support recent hire arrivals and safety orientation preparation
Requirements: Two or more years of administrative or project coordination experience
Experience with high rise residential construction projects
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with project stakeholders
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
