Chapman's in Markdale, Ontario is seeking a Mixing Lead Hand with robust mechanical aptitude and 3+ years in Production or Mixing. You will lead Mix Helpers, manage batching, ensure traceability, and work with Supervisors to coordinate production schedules in a state-of-the-art facility.
You will also perform equipment operation, compliance paperwork, and participate in related safety programs, with opportunities for growth within Chapman's.
