Precision Record Pressing is hiring a full-time, permanent Manufacturing Press Operator for its Burlington team. You will produce materials matching customer specifications while meeting quality and safety standards. The work includes operating extruders and hydraulic or pneumatic presses, conducting routine maintenance, reporting malfunctions, and communicating effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor press operations and restock production materials as required
Determine, report, and troubleshoot product or equipment malfunctions
Maintain constant visual inspection of produced parts




Complete routine maintenance and clean assigned production areas
Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Requirements: Previous manufacturing environment experience preferred
Solid written, electronic, and oral communication skills
Ability to work well with others and teams
Willingness to work all shifts and overtime as needed
