Automotive Finance Manager

Have you enjoyed success on the automotive sales floor and are ready to make the move into the Finance Office? Or perhaps you currently work in banking or finance and are looking to expand your earning potential.

We are a busy Hamilton Toyota dealership looking for a motivated, high-performing sales professional to join our Finance team.

Previous automotive finance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a proven track record of sales success and the drive to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

- Arrange vehicle financing through major banks and automotive lenders
- Present financing options and vehicle protection products to clients
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed properly
- Work closely with Sales and Management to provide a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Proven high-performance sales experience is absolutely required
- Superior administrative and organizational skills




- Strong sales, closing, and presentation ability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Motivated, positive, and professional personality
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Automotive, banking, lending, or financial services experience is an asset

Compensation & Schedule

- $100,000–$130,000 per year
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work every Saturday
