Own accurate Canadian payroll using ADP Workforce Now and Excel in an in-person, part-time position based in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

BIS Safety Software seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario payroll. You will manage full-cycle processing, benefits administration, commission calculations, compliance, and accounting posting.

The work includes improving existing workflows as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, verify, and process full-cycle payroll
- Maintain earnings, commissions, vacation, and advantages records
- Handle federal, provincial, WCB, WSIB, and Work SafeBC reporting
- Complete year-end filings, reconciliations, and tax slips
- Post payroll in Dynamics and prepare reports

Requirements:

- Three or more years of payroll experience
- Full-cycle payroll experience including accounting posting
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Canadian labour standards
