Food preparation and safe driving define this Food Truck Handler / Cook role at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino near Calgary. Serve guests from a mobile kitchen.

Under culinary supervision, you will prepare approved menu items, operate commercial equipment, transport the food truck, and deliver customer service. The position combines cooking, vehicle operation, food safety, POS transactions, and mobile event service.

You may work at the resort or approved festivals, concerts, community events, promotional events, and special functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive, position, inspect, and secure the food truck
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve assigned menu items
- Set up equipment, water, propane, generator, and POS systems
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperatures,



and waste records
- Clean, shut down, load, and complete post-trip inspections

Requirements:

- Previous skilled cooking experience is required
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle
- Acceptable driving record and Alberta driving eligibility
- Food safety and WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and work varied shifts
