Support protected, person-and family-centered care as a Clinical Educator at Greystone Transitional Care Unit in Ottawa, with rotating onsite shifts.
Bayshore HealthCare’s Clinical Educator provides clinical consultation, coaching, mentorship, and operational support while advancing staff development. You will collaborate with the Clinical Quality team and leaders to maintain evidence-informed education aligned with Bayshore philosophy and strategic direction. The full-time schedule includes day and evening shifts, occasional weekends, and no night shifts. Education may be delivered in person, virtually, and at locations across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and mentorship supporting safe patient care
Prepare resources for new and existing procedures
Communicate schedules and monitor training completion




Ensure programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements
Participate in quality and continuous improvement activities
Requirements: Registered Nurse experience in home or acute care
Three to five years of relevant nursing experience
Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements
Microsoft Office and electronic clinical documentation proficiency
Experience facilitating education or improving clinical practice
Combine nursing practice, mentorship, and quality-focused education to support staff and patients at Greystone Transitional Care Unit.
