Coordinate environmental projects from EnVision Consultants’ Stoney Creek location, applying fieldwork planning, technical reporting, and client communication skills. Travel across Ontario as needed.
As an Environmental Project Coordinator, you will support EnVision’s Site Assessment & Remediation team. The work includes Phase One and Two ESAs, soil movement, remediation, proposals, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Success requires solid communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and quality-focused project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute fieldwork for environmental services
Prepare technical reports and client deliverables
Communicate with clients about project execution
Assist with proposal preparation and development




Support Health and Safety programs and continuous improvement
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Three to six years of similar experience
Valid Ontario G license, vehicle, and appropriate insurance
Proven client relationship management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Apply environmental coordination, technical reporting, and client relationship skills across EnVision projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario.
