Requirements: Typically two to three years of relevant experience
Post secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
Working knowledge of personal and small business solutions
Robust communication, organization, collaboration, and problem solving skills
Apply consultative banking, lending knowledge, and customer relationship skills while supporting BMO clients and branch business objectives.
