Kelly Services seeks a Production Supervisor for a regulated manufacturing facility. You will oversee employees, daily workflow, staffing, and schedules while meeting production targets. The position requires coaching, KPI monitoring, corrective actions, and collaboration across operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production activities, staffing, workflow, and schedules
Lead, coach, train, and manage operator performance
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
Ensure GMP, ISO 13485, SOP, and safety compliance
Investigate non-conformances and support CAPA activities
Requirements: Three to five years of manufacturing experience
At least two years in supervisory or team lead roles
Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
Working knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485
Hands-on production, problem-solving, and documentation experience
