The Lead Pastor serves under the Board of Elders, providing spiritual oversight, mentoring, counselling, listening, and vision-setting together with the Board. The church currently gathers Sundays in a hotel conference room while seeking a permanent home.
Key Responsibilities: Shepherd the congregation with spiritual oversight
Preach and teach during church ministry
Provide mentoring, counselling, prayer, and listening
Set vision together with the Board of Elders
Oversee staff and provide pastoral visitation
Requirements: Submit a resume of job and ministry experience
Provide a written doctrinal statement
Provide at least three references
Submit a written personal testimony of faith
Reflect biblical qualifications for ministers
Serve Swan City Church through spiritual oversight, preaching, pastoral care, prayer, and team-oriented vision with the Board of Elders.
