Lead American Eagle merchandising at Square One S.C., using visual standards and team coaching to keep the store guest ready. This is a full-time, variable-shift leadership role.
As Merchandising Team Leader, you support the Store Team Leader by developing and implementing store merchandising strategy. You guide floorset execution, replenishment, sell-through adjustments, and AEO Brand Standards. You also help drive sales, guest loyalty, team development, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement store merchandising strategy with the Store Team Leader
Coach teams on AEO visual and customer service standards
Lead floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
Analyze reporting and trends to support business decisions
Maintain guest-ready Fitting Rooms and Salesfloors
Requirements: Previous retail management experience leading teams
Passion for AE and Aerie products
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Understanding of team development and employment law
Adaptable availability when guests shop
Bring merchandising leadership, coaching, replenishment, and business acumen to American Eagle’s Square One S.C. store team.
