Serve personal and small business clients as an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC’s Port Elgin Banking Centre, in office full-time. Use financial advice and relationship building to recommend personalized solutions.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities and help address investment, financial, credit, and mortgage needs. You will manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or with a team while deepening relationships. The regular position offers 37.5 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities: Meet clients and develop forward-looking financial plans
Recommend personalized retail banking solutions
Manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen relationships
Conduct outreach, networking, and community banking events




Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements: Two to three years providing financial advice
Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
Critical thinking, goal orientation, and relationship-building skills
Bring client service, financial planning, mortgage relationship management, and digital literacy to CIBC in Port Elgin.
