Kelly Services is recruiting a Senior Thermoforming and Extrusion Technician for a leading food packaging manufacturer. You will help launch a new multilayer thermoforming line while establishing operating procedures and process documentation. The position requires direct thermoforming experience, extrusion knowledge, strong troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and optimize thermoforming and extrusion equipment
Support installation, commissioning, and production launch activities
Diagnose equipment, process, and quality issues




Develop operating procedures and process documentation
Lead productivity, quality, and waste reduction initiatives
Requirements: Direct thermoforming experience
Experience with extrusion processes and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
